So glad you're here! I'm Ingrid
I'm a current pre-junior studying Communication Design at the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). I'm also participating in UC's co-operative education program, and I'm actively seeking a co-op for the Fall 2025 semester.
I'm so excited to grow as a designer through my upcoming coursework and professional experiences. I've always believed that one of the most meaningful things a person can do is help others. I originally thought I would serve that role as a mortician, but during high school, I realized how powerful design can be. Through my role as an art director in my school’s design internship and my time at Ringling College of Art and Design and the Art Academy of Cincinnati pre-college programs, whether it’s designing a user-friendly app that makes someone’s day easier or creating a flyer that helps a community event succeed, design can support and uplift people. Through that, I discovered that I want to do my part in making someone's life better through thoughtful, human-centered design.
When I'm not designing, you can find me racking up hours on my Nintendo Switch, building my collection of trinkets, or experimenting with new nail art designs.
Let's stay in touch!
